Product Engineer Intern, BS - Summer 2027 (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Support silicon bring-up and validate new device features and test methodologies.
• Analyze wafer sort and final test data to evaluate product performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Product and Test Engineering issues.
• Improve yield and test time through data analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Build automated dashboards and tools for engineering insights.
• Perform statistical analysis and correlation studies using Python, VBA, and JMP.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant coursework in digital electronics, analog electronics, and VLSI design.
• Understanding of circuit theory and semiconductor device physics.
• Programming experience with Python, C, C++, or VBA.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws; an export license review may be required.
