Senior Director, Zerto Product Management (Cyber Resilience)

Location: Hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office in the United States

Base salary: USD 189,000–377,000 annually in Colorado; USD 204,000–408,000 annually in Massachusetts; USD 179,500–434,000 annually in North Carolina and Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed product management organization with clear accountability, operating mechanisms, and KPIs.
• Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, and lifecycle for Zerto Software, including software, services, support, integrations, customer experiences, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Translate market, customer, and competitor insights into prioritized requirements, differentiated features, and measurable outcomes.
• Define segmentation, positioning, packaging, commercial models, pricing strategies, and business investment plans.
• Drive releases and cross-functional execution with Engineering, Services, Support, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, Go-To-Market, Sales, and technology partners.
• Represent the portfolio with executives, customers, partners, sales organizations, and industry analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise cyber resilience, data protection, business continuity, virtualization, containers, or related software domains.
• Experience leading senior product managers in a geographically dispersed organization with general-manager-style product leadership.
• Strong technical acumen, business judgment, commercial understanding, and customer and market orientation.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across engineering, services, finance, marketing, go-to-market, and sales.
• Excellent executive communication, KPI management, analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and agentic AI infrastructure, workload resilience, governance, mobility, and operational continuity.
• Experience managing integrated software and services offerings with recurring revenue and customer adoption objectives.
• Experience with software vendors, cloud providers, service providers, channel ecosystems, and global markets.
• Knowledge of perpetual, subscription, consumption-based, and hybrid enterprise software models.
