Director, Product Management, ZIA (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Jose, California, USA

Base pay range: $199,500–$285,000 USD annually, excluding commission, bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and drive the hirify.global Internet Access portfolio, including Zero Trust Firewall, DNS Security, IPS, and new platform initiatives.
• Shape the strategic direction of ZIA and cybersecurity products based on company objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, Secure Web Gateway, and cybersecurity teams to launch and grow products.
• Engage customers to understand challenges, collect product feedback, and identify new opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, training, and support to sales and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience focused on cybersecurity solutions.
• Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, including experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
• Technical proficiency with Firewall, IPS, DNS, SSL/TLS inspection, proxy architecture, SWG, and HTTP/S at scale.
• Deep understanding of the SSE and SASE market landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI technologies and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience applying AI/ML models to automated malware detection, threat intelligence, or real-time security analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions, including hirify.global’s architecture and offerings.
• Master’s degree or MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
