Product Designer - Admiration Experience & Reporting (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, candidates must be based in the U.S.; overlap with the U.S. East Coast is preferred.

What you will do

• Design administration experiences for Teams and Enterprise organizations in the Admin Console and for managed service providers in the Provider Portal.
• Improve organization setup, member and access management, groups, collections, and security policy configuration.
• Design reporting dashboards, Access Intelligence, event logs, and activity views that help administrators identify risks and support audits.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and production-ready designs using the hirify.global design system.
• Use AI design tools for research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration, including exploration of agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design partners, conduct user research and usability testing, and present work in critiques.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design work.
• Strong interaction design skills, including sketching, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with component-based design systems.
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as tables, dashboards, reports, or settings pages.
• Experience using AI tools in design work, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing B2B or enterprise SaaS products, especially administration consoles.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, identity and access management, or cybersecurity products.
• Experience designing for IT administrators, security teams, or managed service providers.
• Familiarity with Angular component libraries and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
