What you will do

• Identify operational pain points and redesign end-to-end workflows across Legal, People, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Prototype and deploy AI and automation solutions using Claude, other approved LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP-based tooling, APIs, data integrations, and code.
• Advise divisional teams on technology stacks, integrations, data ownership, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Design reliable solutions with access controls, testing, monitoring, audit trails, human oversight, escalation, rollback, and business continuity.
• Define and track adoption, performance, control effectiveness, compliance, and incident metrics for internal products.
• Translate business problems into technical specifications and collaborate with frontline teams, executives, and engineers.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience shipping AI or automation solutions, including agents, workflow automations, integrations, or internal tools.
• Ability to work in a terminal, read API documentation, and write and debug scripts using Python, TypeScript, or similar.
• Practical experience building with Claude or an equivalent frontier model, including agentic coding, sub-agents, skills, MCP, context and prompt design, and output evaluation.
• Understanding of model limitations such as non-determinism, context limits, cost, latency, retrieval, and tool selection.
• Ability to understand cross-functional workflows, communicate with senior executives, and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
