Senior AI Solutions Engineer

What you will do

• Work with business teams across sales, marketing, operations, support, finance, legal, HR, and talent acquisition to identify workflow bottlenecks and high-value automation opportunities.
• Design, prototype, build, and productionise AI and automation solutions using n8n, Tray.io, Workato, Zapier, Claude Code, and direct LLM APIs.
• Integrate solutions with Slack, Google Workspace, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, platform systems, and client APIs.
• Build reliable workflows with logging, retries, monitoring, evaluations, testing, guardrails, and measurable outcome tracking.
• Drive adoption through user validation, documentation, training, workshops, office hours, and ongoing iteration.
• Partner with Product, Security, Legal, and Privacy teams on reusable patterns, data handling, PII minimisation, RBAC, auditability, and autonomous behaviour controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, applied AI engineering, or a hybrid solutions and automation role.
• Production experience with AI or automation solutions that non-technical users adopted and continued using.
• Hands-on experience with low-code automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier, plus agentic patterns using LLM APIs.
• Confident coding in Python and TypeScript, with experience building REST and webhook integrations, testing APIs, version control, and basic CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of SaaS business systems, including ERP, CRM, support, finance, marketing automation, and their integrations.
• Located in London, able to work from the office on a hybrid basis, and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MCP, RAG, evaluation frameworks, and agentic AI patterns.
• Experience in a scale-up, SaaS, or fast-moving technology environment.
• Experience partnering with operational, commercial, or corporate functions.
