What you will do
- Calculate, analyze, and process employer and employee contributions for IMSS, INFONAVIT, and INFONACOT.
- Submit employee affiliation transactions to IMSS, including hires, terminations, and salary changes.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and oversee applicable employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Work Regulations, the Collective Bargaining Agreement, labor policies, and social security obligations.
- Conduct internal labor investigations and maintain relationships with external institutions.
- Monitor absenteeism, turnover, employee feedback channels, and labor compliance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of SUA, IMSS, SAR, INFONAVIT, Compensation & Benefits, Federal Labor Law, and labor reforms.
- Conversational business English required.
- Analytical thinking, confidentiality, negotiation, proactivity, adaptability, planning, and administration skills.
