Associate Manager, Innovation & Integration, PCS

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; 100% remote, available only in the countries listed in the job posting.

What you will do

• Conduct due diligence for partnership, acquisition, licensing, and investment opportunities.
• Develop data-driven business cases, financial assumptions, analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Support negotiations, deal-closing activities, and operational processes with commercial leadership and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to COA portfolio expansion through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
• Develop content supporting COA commercialization and assist with micro-transactions strategy processes.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Finance, Corporate Development, and Legal on deal execution and integration initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, strategic partnerships, clinical research, or related fields.
• Advanced business English proficiency; resume/CV must be submitted in English.
• Experience supporting negotiations and stakeholder discussions.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clinical Outcome Assessments (COA).
• Experience supporting portfolio expansion, partnerships, acquisitions, or integration activities.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, consulting, technology, or other relevant industries.
• Knowledge of clinical research and clinical development environments.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional organizations.
