Quality Control Specialist IV (Manufacturing)

Location: Bozeman, Montana, USA; onsite manufacturing environment.

Salary: $27.04–$34.19 per hour, plus an annual 10% bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Perform advanced inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and quality metrics, and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and lead cross-functional quality meetings.
• Analyze quality trends, conduct root cause analysis, and lead CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
• Mentor junior quality control staff and maintain calibrated inspection equipment, including troubleshooting and coordinating repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of quality control or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards such as ISO and Six Sigma.
• Proficiency with advanced measurement and inspection tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Bozeman, Montana, USA.
