Sr. Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the Menomonee Falls and Germantown, Wisconsin locations, Monday–Friday; occasional presence on the manufacturing floor with required personal protective equipment.

What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise and site-level quality strategies aligned with business, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Own and improve the Quality Management System and Quality Business System, including document control, audits, CAPA, and management reviews.
• Lead Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors while building accountability and continuous improvement across functions.
• Manage customer, supplier, regulatory, and third-party quality activities, including RCCA, PPAP, SCARs, supplier audits, and supplier development.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Materials Management on process controls, statistical analysis, capability studies, gauge R&R, validation, and chronic quality issues.
• Approve product-launch quality readiness, lead MRB activities, manage the quality budget, and drive Lean Six Sigma improvements that reduce scrap, variability, and cost of poor quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership of quality systems, people, and processes.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, SPC, CAPA, and regulatory and certification requirements.
• Lean Six Sigma certification; Black Belt preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change, and deliver results.
• Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday at the Menomonee Falls and Germantown locations.
