Location: All full-time roles are in person in New York.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across technical, business, and operations functions.
• Source and engage candidates aggressively through referrals, outbound, and creative tactics.
• Run point on scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and high-integrity experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to clarify needs, shape scorecards, and define interview processes.
• Help iterate on recruiting operations, tools, and reporting to improve speed and consistency.
• Uphold hirify.global’s high hiring bar by pushing for better calibration, feedback quality, and process discipline.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong instincts for sourcing and outbound.
• Relentless follow-through and attention to detail.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Track record of moving quickly and delivering on goals.
