Recruiter (Fixed Term)

Location: Fully remote in the U.S.

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own and manage requisitions end-to-end, including intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers.
• Conduct video interviews to assess competency fit and culture alignment.
• Guide candidates through each phase with clear expectations and timely communication.
• Continuously improve hiring through interview learnings, analytics, and candidate feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs.
• Track and report weekly recruiting metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing fixes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record running requisitions end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for multiple functions (Operations, Technical, Design, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools or an eagerness to learn.
