What you will do
- Own and manage requisitions end-to-end, including intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers.
- Conduct video interviews to assess competency fit and culture alignment.
- Guide candidates through each phase with clear expectations and timely communication.
- Continuously improve hiring through interview learnings, analytics, and candidate feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs.
- Track and report weekly recruiting metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing fixes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven track record running requisitions end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting for multiple functions (Operations, Technical, Design, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools or an eagerness to learn.
