• Actively engage and assess candidates, maintaining positive relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Manage a diverse and high volume of open roles while ensuring quality in every hire.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, combining agency and internal roles (ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment).
• Proven success managing high-volume recruitment across diverse departments.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, rapidly growing company environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with all organizational levels.
