- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, combining agency and internal roles (ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment).
- Proven success managing high-volume recruitment across diverse departments.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, rapidly growing company environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with all organizational levels.
