Team Lead, Globals North America Operations

Location: Armonk, NY, US, or Kansas City, MO, US; hybrid work with an expectation of three office days per week

Base salary: $80,000–$120,000 in Kansas City or $88,000–$132,000 in Armonk, NY

What you will do

• Lead daily operations for the Globals North America Operations team, including workflow management, resource allocation, KPI monitoring, and service quality.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and strategic projects, including eAdmin initiatives, while providing operational support during peak periods and business continuity situations.
• Monitor operational risks, RCSA controls, audit requirements, open issues, events, and remediation activities.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the team in leadership visits, town halls, regional calls, and business engagement activities.
• Develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, performance management, succession planning, mentoring, and career development.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, employee integration, and the development of subject-matter experts.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in operations and the ability to drive results and lead through change.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management, governance processes, and KPI management.
• Experience with coaching, performance feedback, talent development, and employee engagement leadership.
• Strategic, solution-focused mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to work in the hybrid model with three office days per week in Armonk or Kansas City.
