Finance Director

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $170,000 annually with bonus potential

What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational financial leadership for hirify.global Americas and advise executive leadership on growth, profitability, and operational performance.
• Lead financial analysis and decision support for pricing, investments, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives.
• Direct month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and annual reporting activities.
• Oversee audits, tax compliance, treasury, insurance, transfer pricing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assess the financial impact of tariffs, customs duties, trade regulations, market conditions, and business risks.
• Lead and develop the Finance team while maintaining finance processes, internal controls, and ISO documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including senior leadership in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial planning, reporting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
• Experience with SAP and financial reporting systems preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
