TL;DR
Finance Manager (AI Consulting): Managing accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial analysis for Addepto's Polish operations with an accent on Polish GAAP, statutory requirements, and data-driven business support. Location: Poland-focused role with business trips to Warsaw; remote work or work from modern offices and coworking spaces is available.

What you will do
- Own financial reporting and compliance for the Polish operations in line with group standards.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with FP&A and Group Finance.
- Act as a finance business partner for management and support data-driven decisions.
- Monitor revenue growth, margins, utilization, cost structure, cash flow, and working capital.
- Improve financial systems, processes, automation, and analytics while collaborating with stakeholders, external accountants, and KMS headquarters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting or controlling experience, preferably in multinational or private-equity-backed environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of Polish GAAP, tax, statutory reporting, local compliance, and KSeF mandatory e-invoicing.
- Experience managing audits, local filings, complex reconciliations, and external advisors.
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience, such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems.
- Strong English communication skills and fluent Polish are required; availability for business trips to Warsaw is expected.
Nice to have
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Exposure to US GAAP.
