Field Technician

Location: Cleveland, Mississippi, United States; on-site field work. Must be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with Sundays off and an additional weekday off. Overtime and on-call work may be required.

What you will do

• Install customer service drops and outlets at residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair reception and service issues.
• Verify upstream and downstream signal levels at customer premises.
• Recommend service upgrades and educate customers about new and existing equipment.
• Work in the field using a company truck, provided tools, and uniforms.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license in the state of application and a good driving record.
• At least 3 months of customer service or related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, lift up to 80 pounds, use ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.
• Regular and predictable attendance; ability to meet DOT requirements where applicable.
