Field Service Technician I - Brecksville, OH (Weekends/2nd Shift)

Location: Brecksville, Ohio, United States; on-site field service work in hospitals, service centers, depots, and customer accounts

Salary: $43,200–$59,400 per year

What you will do

• Clean, disinfect, inspect, and prepare rental and customer-owned medical products for patient use.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and malfunctioning components.
• Perform operational function checks, adjustments, minor repairs, and service-contract activities.
• Provide delivery, removal, and service support for products at service centers and customer accounts, including on-call coverage up to 24/7.
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1,680 pounds.
• Safely operate a cargo van, box truck, or company vehicle up to 26,000 pounds and maintain direct customer contact.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills; ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work around potential biohazards.

Nice to have

• Technical or trade school training.
• DOT physical card; assistance is available.
• Experience with FDA-regulated products.
• Customer service experience.
