Solution Architect

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year plus bonus compensation.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical scoping for complex, custom, and non-ICP customer engagements.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate business requirements, ERP configurations, and AP workflows into clear implementation scope.
• Author, validate, and present Statements of Work covering integrations, configuration, data migration, and estimated effort.
• Define complete handoff standards between scoping, Professional Services, and Implementation teams.
• Build scalable scoping frameworks, templates, discovery resources, and ERP-specific reference materials.
• Track scoped estimates against delivery hours and improve scoping accuracy with variance data.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, implementation consulting, or senior professional services within B2B SaaS.
• Deep hands-on experience with ERP and accounting integrations such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, Microsoft Business Central, or QuickBooks Online.
• Demonstrated experience authoring Statements of Work for complex software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable workflows, purchase order matching, invoice processing, payment infrastructure, and discrepancy resolution.
• Ability to explain integration architecture clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working between Sales and Professional Services and producing precise, implementation-ready documentation.
