Workday Technical Solutions Architect (Workday)

Location: Remote; the role supports hirify.global' U.S. healthcare operations.

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

hirify.global is a physician-led and physician-owned U.S. radiology practice that provides clinical and technology-enabled healthcare services to hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, and referring physicians.

What you will do

• Define the enterprise Workday technical roadmap, architecture standards, governance framework, and scalable solution designs.
• Architect and oversee complex Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, REST APIs, and Cloud Connect.
• Lead Workday security architecture, including role-based security, segregation of duties, access controls, compliance, and security reviews.
• Design enterprise reporting, analytics, data architecture, migration, and validation strategies using Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields.
• Lead tenant management, production migrations, instance refreshes, system upgrades, and large-scale Workday implementations.
• Evaluate new Workday capabilities, emerging technologies, and AI-driven solutions while establishing technical standards and design patterns.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise application experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Financials, and Adaptive Planning.
• Expertise in Workday Security, Reporting, Prism Analytics, Extend, Learning, enterprise architecture, IAM, data modeling, migration, DevOps, release management, and deployments.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML/XSLT, JSON, SFTP, and middleware platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; Workday certifications and healthcare or regulated-environment experience are preferred.
