Mgr Product Solutions - Pharmacy

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Base pay: $102,000–$184,300 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead go-to-market management and pharmacy product strategy across strategic, cross-enterprise initiatives.
• Manage product priorities and cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Guide the development, launch, expansion, and optimization of pharmacy products.
• Evaluate product innovation and strategic opportunities.
• Monitor healthcare industry and market trends to inform future pharmacy products and long-term strategy.
• Manage complex corporate projects, budgets, implementations, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience, or ten years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations, or the healthcare industry.
• Experience managing people or projects, including multi-million-dollar, multiyear business and technology projects.
• Financial, estimating, budget management, presentation, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring staff, working with senior management, managing conflict, and integrating business processes.
• Understanding of project management methods and the software development life cycle.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree focused on critical thinking or problem-solving.
• Knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry, emerging products and networks, legislation, and government affairs.
