Technical Product Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Assess ERP opportunities and customer needs to develop business cases and product roadmaps.
• Translate customer feedback and business requirements for ERP and B2B integrations into releases, epics, user stories, and actionable engineering tasks.
• Define integration options across ERP and MMIS systems with internal and external business partners.
• Coordinate engineering, customers, product teams, and business stakeholders to align scope, effort, timing, and delivery quality.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and track integration effectiveness, adoption, and customer satisfaction through KPIs.
• Provide product expertise and technical guidance to business and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with technical products, preferably in B2B integrations.
• Experience with ERP integration or B2B integrations is required.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to internal and external audiences.
• Strong technical product management, organization, prioritization, risk assessment, and customer-focused skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience working across business and technical functions; relevant product management and Agile certifications.
