Lead Product Manager (Identity & Access Management)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for omni-channel External Identity and Access Management capabilities.
• Own and prioritize the integrated XIAM backlog across Insurance, CenterWell, Go365, CarePlus Health Plans, and enterprise partners.
• Lead discovery, requirements definition, delivery, launch, adoption, optimization, and modernization of identity platforms and customer journeys.
• Coordinate product, engineering, architecture, security, operations, compliance, analytics, design, testing, and business stakeholders.
• Use customer insights, operational data, risk indicators, and product metrics to guide prioritization and improve registration, authentication, recovery, access, reliability, and security outcomes.
• Ensure product decisions meet architecture, security, privacy, accessibility, compliance, governance, testing, and operational-readiness expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in product management, digital product strategy, platform product management, identity and access management, or related business and technology roles.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Experience defining product strategies and roadmaps, managing integrated backlogs, writing outcome-oriented requirements, and resolving competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery, Jira or Azure DevOps, portfolio planning, funding alignment, and dependency management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influence skills across business, technical, and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, consumer digital experiences, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with CIAM/XIAM capabilities including registration, authentication, MFA, account recovery, identity verification, federation, authorization, profile management, and delegated access.
• Experience leading omni-channel or enterprise platform modernization across multiple brands or business domains.
• Experience partnering with cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, analytics, design, operations, and testing teams.
• Understanding of customer-experience measurement, platform reliability, accessibility, and secure-by-design product practices.
