Associate, Product Control

Location: New York, NY — 300 Madison Ave, Floor 6; legal eligibility to work in the specified location is required.

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Produce and validate daily P&L reports for Capital Markets and Treasury businesses, including revenue and fluctuation analysis.
• Reconcile daily P&L with actual results and complete month-end and quarter-end reporting.
• Review independent price verification results, communicate findings, and manage stakeholder sign-off.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS and US GAAP by reconciling balance sheets and income statements and resolving outstanding issues.
• Improve and automate reporting processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Partner with Front Office, Risk, Technology, Finance, and other infrastructure teams on issue resolution, product onboarding, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting and 3–5 years of relevant business experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, US GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with Capital Markets products such as Fixed Income, Margin Lending, Securities Lending, Options, Futures, and Derivatives, plus familiarity with Treasury operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, communication, influencing, and control-oriented skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience using Alteryx and Power BI to manipulate large datasets and improve reporting efficiency.
