Senior Accountant

Location: Remote in the United States

Cash compensation: $80,00–$100,000 USD OTE, plus equity when applicable.

What you will do

• Own key activities across the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close calendar.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, leases, accounts payable, credit cards, and financial statement support.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, flux analyses, multi-currency accounting, FX revaluation, and consolidation.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure transactions comply with US GAAP.
• Support annual financial statement audits, tax provision work, state and federal compliance, and PBC schedule preparation.
• Manage global cash positioning, bank activity, wire transfers, intercompany funding, payment runs, and investment activity.

Requirements

• Experience with accounting close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and cash management.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, multi-currency accounting, FX revaluation, and consolidation.
• Ability to support audits, tax provision work, state and federal compliance, and internal control documentation.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
