Senior Delivery Manager (German Speaker)

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom or Ireland; aligned with the London hub.

What you will do

• Manage internal and external resources to deliver successful initial customer deployments.
• Apply internal delivery best practices and maintain appropriate governance and benefit measures.
• Lead planning across product delivery, post-launch support, and benefits realization.
• Optimize team flow, resolve delivery issues, and build agile capabilities.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German communication skills.
• Proven experience in agile project management and successful methodology implementation.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering them on time.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of technology and its applications, particularly in AI and data science products.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working remotely and with distributed teams.
• Agile certification such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP.
• Insurance industry knowledge.
