Implementation Manager - EMESA South (French-speaking)

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom, with two days per week in the London office

What you will do

• Build milestone plans from purchased packages and statements of work, including prerequisites, dates, owners, and resource requirements.
• Own customer onboarding and paid Professional Services engagements end to end, including partner-delivered work and a 180-day go-live target.
• Drive milestone acceptance, customer sign-off, invoicing triggers, and commission release.
• Control scope, manage change requests, resolve customer dependencies, and escalate delivery risks.
• Hold systems integrators and subcontractors to delivery, staffing, continuity, reporting, and acceptance standards.
• Lead onboarding workshops, maintain forecasting and utilisation data, and hand over accounts with documented architecture decisions, risks, and outstanding items.

Requirements

• Must work from the London office two days per week in a hybrid arrangement.
• Professional working proficiency in French is required.
• Five or more years of experience running enterprise software implementations in vendor-side Professional Services, delivery, or onboarding functions.
• Experience managing a substantial portfolio of concurrent enterprise implementations and directing people without direct line management.
• Experience managing systems integrators or subcontractors, including acceptance evidence, continuity planning, and escalation.
• Strong understanding of milestone-based invoicing, acceptance criteria, change control, statements of work, enterprise software delivery, cloud, on-premise deployment, and integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with API management, integration, or platform software.
• A recognised project management qualification.
• A second European language.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source.
