Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A (EdTech)

Location: Remote across the U.S.; candidates in the Washington-Baltimore metropolitan area are prioritized and should be available to work from the Arlington headquarters three days per week.

Salary: $125,000–$170,000 base annually, with potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead annual operating planning, monthly forecasting, long-range planning, and enterprise forecast consolidation.
• Develop integrated three-statement financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, and strategic investment evaluations.
• Partner with executives and business leaders to analyze performance, resource allocation, risks, opportunities, and operational trends.
• Build scalable reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive and Board materials.
• Improve FP&A processes, automation, reporting infrastructure, documentation, and Adaptive Planning models.
• Support strategic initiatives and degree-partner cash collection efforts to improve working capital and cash flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including senior analysts.
• Advanced proficiency with Adaptive Planning or a comparable enterprise planning system.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including three-statement modeling.
• Ability to communicate complex financial analysis through clear narratives and Board- and executive-level presentations.
