Recruiter - Business Professionals

Location: Colorado, United States

Annual salary: $100,000–$120,000, depending on geographic location, experience, and skills.

hirify.global is a law firm with a Human Resources team supporting recruitment across the United States.

What you will do

• Recruit business professional positions across the United States in partnership with the Recruiting Manager.
• Create requisitions in Workday and consult with hiring managers on candidate qualifications and sourcing strategies.
• Screen résumés, conduct phone screens, assess candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate workflows in Workday and support background, conflicts, and reference checks.
• Prepare employment offers and oversee the offer letter process in coordination with HR Compensation and hiring managers.
• Build candidate pipelines through employee referrals, job postings, agencies, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, research, and other sourcing channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Applicant Tracking System experience; Workday experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with state and federal hiring laws.
• Ability to work extended or weekend hours and travel as needed.
• Strong organization, communication, writing, prioritization, confidentiality, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, vendors, and coworkers.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with recruiting data analytics.
• Experience recruiting and building pipelines through multiple modern sources.
• Law firm recruiting experience.
