Referral Sales Specialist

Location: Remote; occasional business travel may be required.

Salary: $46,000–$52,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build relationships with case managers, program managers, agency personnel, clients, and accounts to increase referrals.
• Partner with management to grow assigned territory activation revenue and support a sales-oriented culture.
• Handle daily phone and email communication, incoming calls, client requests, and account inquiries.
• Identify account needs and preferences, confirm client information, and record communications in the CRM.
• Resolve issues by researching solutions, implementing resolutions, or escalating unresolved matters.
• Maintain sensitive materials, reference information, productivity targets, and quality goals.

Requirements

• Zero or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and with teams, and work flexible hours or overtime when needed.
• Ability to perform extended computer, telephone, headset, and data-entry work, with occasional standing and walking and lifting up to 10 pounds.
