Project Engineer - Site Design (Civil 3D)

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas; Little Rock, Arkansas; or Springfield, Missouri. The role may require travel to job sites and attendance at client meetings.

What you will do

• Prepare planning and site design documents for land development projects.
• Perform engineering calculations, cost estimates, and economic analyses for design alternatives.
• Develop or support project scopes, schedules, budgets, initiation documents, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate design work with internal teams, professional and technical staff, clients, and project managers.
• Maintain project records, attend client meetings, and support proposals and business development.
• Manage small projects and coordinate or supervise assistant, associate, student, and technical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of related civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software.
• Registered professional engineer.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on a team.
