What you will do

• Lead complex land development and site design projects as the senior engineer.
• Provide high-level technical engineering design and advisory support.
• Execute QA/QC plans and review project plans and deliverables for quality.
• Develop technical resources and improve efficiency in producing quality work.
• Mentor and train team members in technical design practices.
• Supervise or direct professionals and technical staff when needed, and support project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• At least eight years of related civil engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
