Strategic Account Director, EMEA (Commerce Media)

Location: UK Remote; the ideal candidate should be based in London and willing to travel across Europe for client engagements.

What you will do

• Own and grow commercial relationships with global enterprise accounts.
• Build stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary contact for strategic clients.
• Set account strategy, identify expansion opportunities, and create tailored customer solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Finance, including expansion initiatives.
• Support account budgets, forecasts, profitability, and revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in account management or sales within the CPG industry.
• Track record of owning global, enterprise-level accounts.
• Expertise in global CPG account strategy and resolving complex, high-visibility client challenges.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
