Account Manager

Location: South — field based and remote, with London overlap

What you will do

• Develop expertise in the assigned marketplace and source new business through lead generation and local contact lists.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing small and medium-sized business clients.
• Identify client needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions and campaign briefs.
• Achieve weekly meeting and pre-booking KPIs, forecast sales, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Campaign Hub, and Creative Solutions teams to deliver marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses.
• Confident, resilient, self-motivated, and able to source new business independently.
• Understanding of the sales process from opening to close, with strong listening and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan campaigns, prepare briefs, manage time effectively, and work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and planning systems.

Nice to have

• Sales experience in radio, outdoor, or digital media.
