Webflow Project Manager (Webflow)

Location: Toronto; fully remote. Availability to work across ET, CT, MT or PT hours is required, with occasional meetings outside usual working hours.

hirify.global is a global digital agency specializing in Webflow design, development, and growth, with around 60 people working across multiple regions.

What you will do

• Lead website and digital projects from kickoff through launch.
• Translate client briefs into project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, and delivery actions.
• Coordinate design, development, and content workstreams across multiple projects.
• Manage project documentation, risks, blockers, scope changes, status updates, and delivery quality.
• Act as the senior client contact, run status meetings, and manage expectations through handover.
• Brief internal contributors and external contractors while managing resourcing and contractor costs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital project management, ideally in a digital, creative, or web agency.
• Experience managing website and digital projects from scoping through launch, including multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong understanding of project scope, timelines, budgets, resourcing, risks, and changing priorities.
• Strong working knowledge of Webflow and how Webflow websites are designed and delivered.
• Experience managing clients, designers, developers, copywriters, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
• Full professional English proficiency required; the resume must be submitted in English.
