Systems Engineer II (Microsoft 365/Identity)

Location: Remote, Philippines; 8x5 shift with morning overlap into US business hours

What you will do

• Provide remote 8x5 coverage for endpoint engineering, Microsoft 365 administration, and identity lifecycle management.
• Resolve Level 2 endpoint issues, including operating system and application troubleshooting, endpoint policy enforcement, and MDM configuration with Intune and Jamf.
• Administer Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, including licensing and reconciliation.
• Support AD and Entra ID provisioning across joiner-mover-leaver workflows, VDI operations, patch management, and endpoint security compliance.
• Monitor ITSM alerts, maintain CMDB and asset lifecycle accuracy, and contribute to automation, documentation, and knowledge base improvements.
• Coordinate escalations with onsite engineers, Tier 1 support, vendors, and shared-services teams while supporting GxP-aware change control for regulated systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 2–5 years of related experience or training.
• Experience with endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, and AD/Entra ID identity platforms.
• Knowledge of system requirements traceability, requirements verification, and system test planning.
• Strong presentation, organizational, written, oral communication, analytical, and engineering problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under project deadlines and cost and schedule constraints.
• Ability to work remotely from the Philippines on a shift overlapping US business hours.

Nice to have

• MD-102, MS-700, AZ-104, or SC-300 certification.
• Jamf Certified Associate or Professional certification.
• ITIL 4 Foundations certification.
• Experience in regulated GxP, financial services, or life sciences environments, including change management for validated systems.
