What you will do

• Execute IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation and equipment setup.
• Manage device fleets across Windows, Mac, and Linux utilizing MDM tools.
• Handle identity and access management (IAM) tasks, including access requests and permission reviews.
• Build and maintain automations for recurring IT tasks and processes.
• Provide front-line IT support and troubleshooting for employees.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft environments, specifically Office, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Exposure to identity and access management concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Troubleshooting mindset and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Barcelona office (Hybrid).
