Windows Engineer (End-user Computing)

Location: Katowice, Poland; hybrid work with attendance at the Katowice office at least 2–3 days per week. Candidates must be located in the Silesian area and willing to commute.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Administer and continuously improve Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM environments.
• Provide advanced 2nd- and 3rd-line troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Package, deploy, update, and retire applications across enterprise environments.
• Automate operational processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with customer teams and technical disciplines while supporting modernization initiatives and sharing knowledge across the EUC team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management solutions.
• Good knowledge of SCCM administration, including software distribution and deployment.
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and regularly attend the Katowice office 2–3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with Jamf Pro administration and macOS device management.
• Relevant certifications such as MD-102, SC-900, MS-102, ITIL 4 Foundation, CAPS, or Jamf certifications.
