System Administrator (Azure)

Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada (hybrid). The position is based at the company headquarters and includes a rotating on-call schedule with evening and weekend support for critical infrastructure.

What you will do

• Administer and evolve Windows, Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, data center, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, VDI, virtual servers, and SaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, availability, security, and operational alerts.
• Implement new technology solutions, optimize IT and OT environments, and automate administrative tasks with scripts.
• Resolve complex incidents and support renewable energy production sites in collaboration with operations and construction teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to audits, IT controls, compliance, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

• French and English bilingualism is required, both spoken and written.
• At least three years of systems administration experience.
• Availability for a rotating on-call schedule, including support outside normal working hours when required.
• Experience or capability in hybrid infrastructure administration, system security, automation, and technical troubleshooting.
