Field Marketing Specialist, EMEA

Location: United Kingdom; regular travel across EMEA and occasional international travel is required for event setup, execution, and teardown.

What you will do

• Support conferences, executive dinners, workshops, meetups, partner programs, and hirify.global-hosted events across EMEA.
• Coordinate event timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, registration, catering, AV, branded materials, and onsite requirements.
• Manage event logistics including swag, collateral, international shipments, booth materials, show services, storage, and delivery.
• Support onsite setup, registration, vendor coordination, attendee experience, booth management, and teardown.
• Partner with sales, regional organizations, and external partners on invitations, attendee communications, co-sponsored events, and follow-up.
• Track attendance, engagement, costs, leads, and program results while maintaining calendars, project trackers, budgets, and documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, events, hospitality, experiential marketing, or a related area.
• Hands-on experience coordinating events, meetings, conferences, hospitality programs, or similar experiences.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with vendors, venues, hotels, conference organizers, or event production partners.
• Ability to coordinate shipments, swag, branded materials, AV, catering, registration, and other event logistics.
• Ability to work across different countries, cultures, and time zones within EMEA, travel regularly, and lift or move event materials weighing up to approximately 18 kg / 40 lbs.
