Marketing Operations Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Own vendor onboarding from initial request through contracting and purchase order creation, with clear service-level agreements.
• Automate purchase order creation and ensure marketing POs are correctly coded to cost centres, budgets, and accounting periods.
• Administer and centralize marketing NDAs, DPAs, and commercial contracts, including approvals, signatures, tracking, and filing.
• Maintain the global vendor audit, MDF request and reporting processes, budget tracking, and renewal pipeline.
• Process invoices and resolve purchase order and invoice queries with Accounts Payable and vendors.
• Build automation for intake, approval routing, reminders, register updates, reporting, and cycle-time measurement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, marketing operations, legal operations, or finance operations.
• Experience in B2B technology or another high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to automate work using tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, Apps Script, Python, SQL, APIs, Airtable, or Notion.
• Strong organization, documentation, audit-trail management, and systems thinking skills.
• Experience working across multiple regions, time zones, and legal entities.
• Ability to describe an automation or workflow project built independently or professionally.
