Events Marketing Executive (Fintech)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus or London, United Kingdom; hybrid work model. The role includes travel for domestic and global events and on-site event representation.

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and execution of sponsored, hosted, online, and physical events.
• Manage vendors, event organisers, attendees, invitations, badges, catering, giveaways, and event communications.
• Coordinate content, social media, promotional materials, sales collateral, email awareness, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Represent the company on site, organise event communications, and ensure smooth lead capture before, during, and after events.
• Brief sales and cross-functional teams, maintain the events calendar, and align activities with target verticals.
• Track budgets and goals, then prepare post-event debriefs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional project management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience working with senior-level executives and a diplomatic, customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel for domestic and global events.
