Data Analyst II - Enterprise Solutions

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and business opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, analytical models, and decision-support solutions.
• Quantify the potential business value of identified opportunities.
• Support AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
• Partner with business units, IT, stakeholders, and external vendors to turn findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of data mining and query tool experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, business analytics, computer science, statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, SAS, R, or a similar language.
• Experience with technical systems, relational and dimensional datasets, data warehouses, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, data interpretation, communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of consumer auto lending or leasing portfolios is preferred; 3+ years of auto finance experience and a master’s degree are also preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or SAS Visual Analytics.
• Experience in consumer auto lending, leasing portfolios, or auto finance.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
