Data Analyst II (Analytics Focus)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Phoenix office, with on-site work required three days per week from Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 USD annually, plus a stock option plan.

What you will do

• Consult with operations leaders to identify business problems and opportunities that can be addressed through data and analytics.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and operational insights.
• Build data models, KPI frameworks, and dashboards that support capacity planning, workforce analytics, and performance measurement.
• Apply statistical, simulation, and forecasting methods, including regression, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, Monte Carlo simulation, and time series forecasting.
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations, visualizations, presentations, and data-driven narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple analytics projects and improve analytical practices across customer and call center operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and business requirements gathering.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with data querying, mining, modeling, and database concepts.
• Experience applying statistical techniques and simulations to business problems, including regression, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, Monte Carlo simulation, or time series forecasting.
• Strong data storytelling, problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Strong proficiency with Tableau or related visualization tools, plus proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience.
• Python proficiency with pandas, statsmodels, or scikit-learn for statistical analysis.
• Contact center analytics and A/B testing or experimentation framework experience.
