hirify.global is an education technology company that helps regional universities launch and grow online programs, supporting more than 100 universities and colleges across five countries.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end analytics projects by pulling and cleaning data, extracting insights, communicating hypotheses, and informing business decisions.
• Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries in Databricks for analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, DAX measures, and reporting experiences.
• Conduct funnel, cohort, and performance analyses to identify KPIs and connect marketing investment to enrollment outcomes.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and Databricks Genie to accelerate analysis and communication while maintaining accountability for the work product.
• Collaborate with Directors, VPs, managers, analysts, university partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be an active student enrolled in Spring 2027.
• Strong proficiency or working experience with SQL, Databricks, Excel modeling, Power BI, and data analysis.
• Ability to design and execute quantitative analyses and deliver data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain accuracy under time pressure, and validate work before publication.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or co-op experience.
• Experience using SQL, Databricks, Excel modeling, Power BI, and data analysis to communicate findings to leadership.
• Agile workstyle in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
