Sales Demonstrator #17935 (Ho.Re.Ca.)

Location: Palermo, Italy; hybrid work with travel of up to 50% of the time

Gross annual salary: €25,000–€30,000, plus a 40% variable component

What you will do

• Manage the full sales process, from prospect identification to long-term partnership development.
• Coordinate and conduct Individual Cooking Experience sessions for prospective customers.
• Plan and deliver training for dealers, wholesalers, and other partners on installation, maintenance, and product operation.
• Coordinate technical support when needed.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information in the company CRM to create detailed reports.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across organizational levels.
• Organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Entry-level profile with less than two years of experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Experience in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector or in sales.
