Channel Business Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote role based in London, United Kingdom, supporting partners across UK&I

What you will do

• Develop and execute a business plan for the Softcat partner relationship, driving revenue, market share, and customer implementation success.
• Generate pipeline and strengthen sales-focused partner motions across UK&I.
• Create compelling value propositions and services around emerging and established cybersecurity technologies.
• Build long-term, outcome-based relationships across all levels of the partner organisation.
• Coordinate virtual teams in a highly matrixed environment and lead business performance reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain performance reports and activity dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience in channel management or business development within enterprise software or cybersecurity.
• Proven ecosystem business management experience; experience working with Softcat is highly preferred.
• Track record of revenue attainment and service creation with ecosystem partners.
• Understanding of channel operating models.
• Strong presentation, written, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead complex sales situations and influence virtual teams.

Nice to have

• Strong background in the cybersecurity domain.
• Specific experience working with Softcat.
