TL;DR

Systems & Data Specialist (Totalmobile/SQL/Power BI): Maintaining and optimising work management systems while supporting infrastructure teams, system configuration, and real-time performance reporting with an accent on data quality, system integrations, and process improvement. Focus on solving support requests, developing reporting workflows, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to improve technology use across infrastructure operations.

Location: Warrington - Clearwater 4, United Kingdom

What you will do

Maintain and optimise work management systems, including Totalmobile.
Support infrastructure teams in maximising system usage.
Handle support portal requests, including troubleshooting, configuration, and system setup.
Use site team data to support real-time performance reporting.
Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes, and employee experiences.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions.

Requirements

This is not an entry-level role; initiative, independent problem-solving, and proactive learning are required.
Excellent IT and Excel skills.
Project management experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SQL and Power BI is important but not essential.
Knowledge of system integrations is desirable.
