Senior Technical Consultant (Master Data Management)

Location: 100% telecommuting within the United States; primary work location is Redwood City, California

Salary: $192,683–$197,683 per year

What you will do

• Analyze customer needs and software requirements for feasibility, performance, interfaces, and operational impact.
• Support, enhance, install, implement, and maintain hirify.global’s products at large scale.
• Research, reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer technical issues.
• Consult with customers on software system design, maintenance, and installation requirements.
• Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• Share best practices, improve support quality, and contribute to the knowledge base and product enhancement requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• Experience developing Master Data Management software through several full life-cycle implementations.
• Experience configuring and validating Comparator, match tokens, match and merge setup, and survivorship rules in MDM.
• Experience with ETL tools, cloud infrastructure concepts, data modeling, and SQS or other messaging systems such as JMS.
• Programming, analysis, or design experience with Java, Python, or SQL.
