Data Integration Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; minimal travel as needed

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve issues in TMWSuite applications, database architecture, and integration workflows.
• Engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot pre-process and post-process scripts for customer-specific integrations.
• Query and analyze complex relational databases using SQL to investigate system behavior and ensure data integrity.
• Perform root-cause analysis for enterprise application and data integration issues.
• Identify and implement opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging technologies in solution delivery.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems, ideally TMWSuite, including functional workflows and underlying structures.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex relational databases.
• Hands-on scripting experience, including writing, modifying, and debugging pre-process and post-process scripts.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications, performing root-cause analysis, and managing data integration flows.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI, machine learning, or automated scripting tools to technical troubleshooting and data processes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
